Overview

《蛻變》為台科大設計系教室（RB-410）的壁畫創作，以蜻蜓蛻變過程作為設計的靈感來源。蜻蜓不僅是古老又美麗的昆蟲，亦是積極、主動的捕食者。此概念使用蜻蜓的特性與生理的轉變，象徵學生積極的學習態度、邏輯思考上的躍進與設計手法的成熟。

 "Transformation of Dragonfly" is a mural art designed for NTUST Room 410, it is inspired by the transformation of dragonfly. Dragonfly is an ancient and beautiful insect, which also has a positive and aggressive characteristic.​The concept includes the traits and transformation of dragonfly, symbolizing the maturity of learning attitude, logical thinking and design method of students.

由於媒材的使用必須包含紙膠帶，因此我們以幾何線條作為呈現的考量。由右至左佈局蜻蜓演化的階段：水蠆→蛻殼→成蟲、展翅，最後以紙膠帶勾勒出各圖形的外框，並用壓克力顏料填塗色塊，讓牆面的視覺更為豐富。

Because of the limitation of using paper tape, we decide to present our illustration in geometric form, so we can make a good use of lines to create patterns. The layout from right to left would be: Larva→Molt→Adult.After finishing the outlines, we used acrylic paint to enrich our illustration.
